We want you to be completely thrilled with your Genuine Eros Suede Bag. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
1. Standard Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery (for online orders) or date of purchase (for in-store purchases) to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Item for Return
Due to the sensitive nature of genuine suede, strict adherence to these conditions is required for a return to be accepted:

Pristine Condition: The bag must be returned in new, unused, and completely pristine condition.

No Signs of Wear: The bag must be entirely free of any signs of wear, including stretching, scuff marks, lint, hair, or odors (e.g., perfume, smoke).

Crucial Suede Condition: The suede texture must be fully intact and not be rubbed, flattened, or show any contact with moisture, spills, or stains. Please handle the bag very carefully and keep it in its dust bag until you are certain of your purchase.

Original Packaging: The bag must be returned with all original tags attached, the protective dust bag, and any accompanying accessories or documentation.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Bags that show signs of being treated with aftermarket sprays or protectants by the customer.

Personalized or Custom-made items.

Bags are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
4. Initiating a Return

Packaging: Securely package the bag in its original box, ensuring the suede is protected by the dust bag and cushioning material to prevent damage in transit. Returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping: [Eros] offers complimentary return shipping for items that meet the above conditions. Use the prepaid shipping label provided with your RMA number.
5. Refunds & Processing

Once the returned bag is received and inspected by our Quality Control team (typically within 5-7 business days), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
